As an organisation officially recognised for its high quality services we strictly adhere to our code of practice and also to that of the United Kingdom Home Care Association, the representative body for organisations that provide personal care to people in their own homes.

It is our aim to ensure that a positive attitude of awareness, involvement, improvement and implementation is adopted by all staff in the best interest of all our Service Users. The highest standards of care are provided and the rights and welfare of clients are paramount.

Our in house Quality Assurance team conduct a systematic program of formal reviews of each service users care plan to check their continued appropriateness, they also observe carers in the course of their work with service users .A yearly service review with our service users by way of an independent and confidential questionnaire is carried out by an outside researcher. This is then reported on and submitted to the Quality Care Commission and forms part of our annual inspection by them. Findings and recommendations are used to inform and improve our practice.

The rights and welfare of care workers are also protected. As a member of the United Kingdom Home Care Association since 1997, Care Associates are bound to a strict code of practice in line with the Care Quality Commission regulations. The U.K.H.C.A. keep us up to date in all developments in Care , legislation and Trends in relation to our work.
