We deliver care services for individuals on a one to one Private Care Agreement basis and we also work with local councils to deliver Social Care Contracts.
Our highly trained staff team are fully qualified to care for those individuals who are living with; any form of Dementia, including Alzheimer's Disease, those that are frail and or living with physical disabilities and people in need of Palliative care.
At Care Associates 'people are at the heart of everything we do' and this is why meeting your care needs and requirements and also delivering a first class care service is so important to us.
Helen Hunter, alongside Marie McConnell Deputy Manager, are qualified to the level necessary to operate an Agency providing Domiciliary Care to the community. They also have an excellent back up administration staff, including training officers and a Quality Control team. We recruit and train only those we feel display an honest desire to work with older people who are then trained, up-skilled and receive continued training in dementia care.
